Real Property Management Cornerstone offers a generous referral bonus for each property management referral that signs a property management agreement with us.

WHO APPLIES AS A REFERRAL
As an agent, you’re frequently sought after for your real estate expertise and advice—not just by investors, but also by friends, family, and acquaintances. It doesn’t’ matter, if they are referred by you, we welcome them all!
Even better, if you own a rental property that you’re currently managing yourself and would like us to take over, you’ll still earn the same referral fee.
YOUR CLIENT PROMISE
Once we begin managing your client’s property, we never ask you to end your realtor/client relationship. We encourage you to stay connected with the property owner and we’ll make sure the property is flagged with your name, so you can step in when the owner is ready to sell. Our Your Client Promise ensures your client stays your client. As a dedicated property management company, we prioritize collaboration, not competition.
If you’re unable to continue working with a client, we’ll refer them to another trusted Realtor, ensuring our partnership remains strong and mutually beneficial.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Send us your referral. Fill out the form on this page to provide us with your client’s contact information.
Step 2: We connect with your referral customer. A member of our team will reach out to explain the management options available for your client.
Step 3: Collect your referral bonus. Once your client signs a contract with us and the property is leased with a qualified tenant, we’ll send you your check!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Referral fees are available exclusively to MI licensed real estate agents and brokers for properties in Kalamazoo and Allegan counties.
- The property management agreement referral applies to the 1st property per new client only.
- Up to 3 additional properties with the same client will earn $250 per property
- Real Property Management Cornerstone may choose not to pursue all properties referred to them and/or may refer to another Real Property Management office.
- We are happy to provide a written contract if desired.

Rigorous Tenant Screening – Placing the wrong tenant can quickly cost you what you save in professional management fees. We run criminal, credit background checks on everyone in the home over age 18. We also make every effort to find tenants who will pay rent on time and will take care of your property.
Full-Service Leasing – In addition to advertising properties and screening tenants, our full-service leasing process also includes rent-ready guidance, market rent analysis, professional showings, move-in property assessments, and professional tenant education at lease signing.
Routine Evaluations – We know the unique rental market in this area and we have the experience to help avoid costly mistakes, comply with complex local legal requirements, preserve the value of the home, and improve cash flow.
Online Reporting – Owners keep tabs from afar using their owner portal, a web-based reporting system that has updates on property activity, including vacancies, leasing, maintenance, inspections and financial reports.
Cost-Effective, Reliable Maintenance – Relationships with preferred vendors result in discounted equipment and services. Maintenance staff is available 24/7 to handle emergencies and to make sure maintenance is timely, cost-effective and done in a professional manner.
Rent Collections – Nothing affects your cash flow more than late or missing rent payments. In addition to offering incentives for paying rent on time, our collection processes are professional but tough, and we are extremely diligent in collecting rent through a systematic, timely process.
Strict and Compliant Evictions – Even with careful placement there is occasionally a tenant who needs to be evicted. Our staff is knowledgeable in state and local landlord and tenant laws. If rents are not paid on time, we initiate the legal steps quickly and efficiently to minimize costs and get the property leased again.
